About me.

Hi, I’m Carly.

I’m the founder of Wild Minds Wellness, an ADHD coach, and Cold Water Facilitator.

My journey into holistic healing began not in textbooks, but in the depths of personal experience. Living with ADHD, I spent years navigating the overwhelm, the burnout, and the constant search for clarity. What I discovered was that healing doesn’t have to come in a pill, it can come from plunging into icy water, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with your body in ways that feel raw, real, and transformative.

I’m certified as an ADHD coach through The Neurodiversity Training Academy, and I work with clients who want to explore alternative paths to wellness, ones that honour their neurodivergence, their intuition, and their capacity for change.

I’m also a Cold Water Facilitator (via Kay Lou Academy) and a Swim England Certified Outdoor Swimming Leader, which means I guide people safely into wild waters, helping them unlock the physical and emotional benefits of cold immersion.

Wild Minds Wellness was born from my desire to create a space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to take ownership of their healing. My work is deeply rooted in my own lived experience and professional training. I blend science, somatics, and soul to help people reconnect with themselves, whether that’s through coaching, cold water, or simply learning to breathe again.

If you’re ready to explore what healing looks like outside the box, I’m here to walk (or swim) beside you.
